Emily LimĀ is an award-winning childrenās book author. She was the first outside North America to win three Independent Publisher Book Awards (āIPPYā awards) for her books,Ā Prince Bear and Pauper BearĀ (Bronze Medal 2008),Ā Just TeddyĀ (Bronze Medal 2009), andĀ Bunny Finds The Right StuffĀ (Silver Medal 2010).
Ms Lim is also the first Southeast Asian recipient of the Moonbeam Award, for her book,Ā The Tale of Rusty HorseĀ (Moonbeam Gold Medal 2009). In addition,Ā Just TeddyĀ was on the Red Dot Award Shortlist in 2010, andĀ Bunny Finds The Right StuffĀ was on the Hedwig Anuar Shortlist in 2011.
Jade FangĀ grew up in a fascinating small town in Malaysia. She started doodling at a very young age and developed great interest in drawing and painting as a child. Her passion for art and creativity has driven her to further her studies in Singapore and eventually in US. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from Academy of Art University, San Francisco. She now lives in Singapore, spending most of her peaceful days doodling and making art.Ā
